Peggy Sue Turnbow Brandt, 55, of Excelsior Springs, MO, peacefully entered the Kingdom of Heaven on April 28, 2017.

Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2017, at Hidden Valley Funeral Homes, Kearney, MO. A Celebration of Life will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.

Peggy Sue was born on September 4, 1961, in Kansas City, MO. She was raised in Independence, MO, but was a long time resident of Excelsior Springs, MO. Peggy Sue was passionate about her children and grandchildren, family, nature, photography and was a natural debater. She was a nurturer and deeply loved her whole family. She was the fourth sibling of ten. Peggy Sue’s life was cut short but so meaningful to everyone. She will be forever in our hearts until we all meet again.

Peggy Sue was preceded in death by her father: Toby D. Turnbow; grandparents: Beecher Starbird DuVall, Lucille DuVall, Clovis O Turnbow, Fern B. Turnbow; niece: Elizabeth Jean Guenther.

Peggy Sue is survived by her mother: Dian M Reagan of Gallatin, MO; children: Kristina and Michael Baxter of Excelsior Springs MO, Megan Rainey of Newtown, MO, Myles Turnbow-Bland, and Heather Russell of Liberty MO; grandchildren: Alisson and Alayna Baxter, Alex Shelton, NaVontae, Samuel, Louva, Oliviya, and Tiarra Rainey, and Seth Bland; sisters and brothers: Janet & Bill Oliver, Independence, MO, Terri & Pete McReynolds of Grandview MO, Fern & Jewell Craven of Polo MO, Rose & Brian Lucas of Breckenridge, MO, Patti & Dean Toeneboehn of Gallatin, MO, Toby Turnbow & Elizabeth York of Springfield MO, William & Nicole Turnbow of Eagle, ID, Jacquelyn Turnbow of Gallatin MO, and Jeremy Turnbow of CA; and many adored nieces and nephews.
