Noreen Jo Randall, 72, of Excelsior Springs, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020, in North Kansas City, MO.

Visitation will be Friday, June 26, 2020, from 5-8 pm at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs. The funeral will be held 10 am on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at First Church of The Nazarene. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Noreen was born September 23, 1947, in Webster, SD. She is the daughter of the late Rueben Odin and the late Verona Belle (Guilford) Hemmah. She married Dennis Teuman Randall on June 16, 1966. She was preceded in death by her husband, after 43 years of marriage, on August 29, 2009.

Noreen was devoted to the church. She and her husband took in several children in need of assistance throughout the years, giving them a helping hand during their time of need. Noreen was a giving, non-judgmental person always rooting for the underdog. She also volunteered with the Excelsior Springs Friends of Animals as well as many other activities throughout the Excelsior Springs community.

Noreen was a lifelong Chiefs and Royals fan, and loved watching games with her husband and children. A recent fond memory was gathering at her house to watch the Superbowl. The home was filled with family and friends all watching the game together and spending time with Noreen.

She is survived by two sons: Brad (Miranda) Randall and Brian (Sherri) Randall; four grandchildren: Nash Randall, Natalie Randall, Zackrey Randall, and Max Randall; one great-grandchild: Roslyn Randall; and two brothers: Lloyd Hemmah and Duane Hemmah.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Randall, and her parents.
