She adored all of her grandchildren and loved spending time with them and along with her best friend Crystal.

Mary’s jobs were first as a car hop at the A&W Root Beer in Excelsior Springs, the sewing factory in Excelsior, and then as a school bus driver for 32 years in Excelsior and enjoyed every moment of it. She also drove the Omni Bus for a few years before she retired. The highlights of her life was loading up 13 neighborhood kids and taking them camping every weekend to places like Perry Lake Kansas and to the state fair every year.

She loved taking trips to Branson, going to the movies with her son Sammy, and camping at Smithville lake with her husband Sam and dog skipper. She had many fond memories of her trip to Disney World and the play the Lion King. She loved calling bingo at the Excelsior Springs Community Center. Mary loved all her friends at the Colony Plaza.

She will be remembered for her love, always having fun, being a jokester, helping others out, and most of all, her loving spirit.
